We are looking for an eCommerce Advisor & Delivery Manager who wants to play an important role in Frend's growth in the eCommerce segment.
About the position
Frend is in a unique market position delivering highly attractive and modern technologies to the fastest growing brands in the nordics. We are doing so in a quick-paced landscape with market-leading partners that love to work with us and vice versa.
You’ll work in our eCommerce team that is 8 people strong and work mainly with headless eCommerce architectures such as Centra and Storyblok. Our customer promise is to holistically serve our customer and their digital needs in their entire life cycle. We do this by working in 3 phases. 1. Insights where we map our requirements, perform analysis and recommend a digital solution. 2. Develop where we work tightly with design partners and eCommerce vendors to create a beautiful frontend and a holistic project experience. And finally we 3. Optimize by proactively identifying customer needs and advising on solutions early.

Tasks
- ▪
Lead and contribute throughout the insight phase of an eCommerce project
- ▪
Manage deliveries in customer project or projects as a whole
- ▪
Stay up to date and advise on eCommerce technologies and applications as well as topics of interest for Frend's clients, such as: SEO, SoMe sales, CRO, UX, WCAG etc.

Contribute in sales processes
- ▪
Establish and drive success in partner relationships by establishing and strengthening a network of partners complementing Frends service offering
- ▪
Create marketing material for thought leadership positioning and case studies
- ▪
Contribute as a Frend evangelist at events and conferences

Experience
- ▪
You have a minimum of 3 years experience working in one or multiple roles in: Project management, Business development or analysis, eCommerce management, or Sales or marketing
- ▪
You have a strong understanding of project management methods and have demonstrated multiple deliveries of digital products
- ▪
You have operated in the eCommerce industry in some capacity and could comfortably advise on one or several areas that are topics of interest for Frend’s clients.

You have sales experience either from leading and managing your own prospects and pipelines, or contributing in some sort of sales capacity
- ▪
You have a relevant bachelor or master's degree in IT, management, finance or busines

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Your primary language is Norwegian
